WE GOT STARTED ULTRA Southwest Dealer Services Co. was
established in 2002 and was incorporated in 2005 as USW Dealer Services, Inc. With the Prinicpal's
25+ years experience in the Insurance, Auto Dealerships, and Computer Industries, we are here to maximize
more efficient use of a Dealership's resources and proper product selection to increase Sales, Profits, CSI and Retention.
Since 2002, USW Dealer Services has initiated Dealer Agreements of its products with over 400
Dealerships in Arizona, Nevada, Nevada, Texas. USW Dealer Services was setup as an After-sale Market
Products Agency serving different aspects of the Automobile, RV, Xsports and Marine Dealerships. These include Franchise,
Independents, as well as Financial Institutions, Independent Insurance Agents, and Repair Facilities. The company operates
as a General Agency of Products and Services serving different operational aspects of Dealerships, but mainly to assist the
Dealer Principal, Partners, Owners to initiate or add to the Gross Profits Centers of the F & I Department, Sales
& Service Departments. The Company has Agency/Producer/Distributor Agreements with several premier Warranty, Insurance, and After-Sale
Market Product Companies. These agreements include exclusive territory rights and non-exclusive. The relationships
with these companies are as an Agent and not as a direct employee. Companies we typically enter
into marketing relationships with are companies that: have years of experience in their marketplace, are highly reputable,
have product that are cost - competitive, have an excellent history of paying claims according to their agreements, and administratively
take care of their Dealers and Customer-base. We recommend and market fully-insured products from companies that
are vertically integrated, or fully insured by a major Insurance Carrier. Because of their history of financial instability,
we do not recommend any product from companies or backing that are Risk Retention Groups (RRGs) or those
that are backed by a Bond. The marketing of products to dealers and financial companies are completed by personal
sales calls through Independent sub-agents; through Memberships of State Auto Dealer / Financial Institutions Associations;
Association State Trade Shows, as well as through direct mail. Typically the comany hires only agents that are professional,
well trained and who have had years of related experience as a Dealership Finance & Insurance Manager or Director,
a Mortgage / Banking Rep or and/or and Outside Sales Representative for a major firm.

OUR VISION USW Dealer Services, Inc. is an After-sale Market General Agency that will lead
the Dealer After-Sale Market Product & Service Industry in Southwestern United States by providing high-qualify consulting,
innovative and specialized product & services from reputable Warranty, Insurance, and Ancillary-product Companies in order
for dealerships to be more successful in their Back-End Operations. Our expanded purpose of operations is to provide Products,
Services, & Training that will:
1. Increase
Dealership Vehicle Sales.
2. Increase Dealership F&I Department Gross Profits.
3. Increase the Retention Rate of the Dealerships Customer base.
4. Increase Franchise Dealership’s Manufacturer CSI rating.

. About the Founder:
Tom Block has a 35+ year background in Sales & Marketing Management in: the Insurance Industry (Life & Health
Agent and Broker in 3 States), the Automotive Industry (including 7 years as a Franchise Automotive Dealer F&I Director),
the Computer Software Industries (Banking, Accounting Systems and Healthcare), the Automotive After-sale Market Industry.
He established USW Dealer Services nine years ago as an 'After-sale Market Agency' in Auto-Truck-Motorcycle-RV-Marine Dealerships,
and is currently its President and General Agent. .
Tom Block, born and raised
in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has received Associate Degrees in Business Administration and Aircrew Operations, a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business from the University of Colorado in 1978, and has graduate work towards an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurial
Studies. As a retired U.S. Air Force Active & Reserve C-141 Aircrew Member with approx. 6,000 Flying Hours, he was honorably
discharged with 25 years flying Combat Support Missions. He is both a Vietnam and a Gulf War Veteran, with over 40 Combat
Support Missions. Highly decorated, he is the recipient of 43 Air Force, Military Medals and Awards including, two Meritorious
Service Medals, several Air Medals, Air Force Commendation Medal, Presidential Unit Citation Medal, and numerous Outstanding
Unit Awards. .
Tom Block is a Life member of: Air Force Association,
Air Force Sergeants Association, and Professional Loadmasters Association. Community Service work includes serving as an Adult
Advisor in the US Air Force Explorers Organization in Phoenix since 2000 and is currently serving as its Plans & Programs
Officer and Officership/Leadership, and Air Warfare Instructor. He served as a Religious Emblem Counselor for the Boy Scouts
of America, and as a member of: Grand Canyon Council Interfaith Committee on Scouting, Phoenix Diocese Catholic Committee
on Scouting, and National Catholic Scouting Committee. He is a past board & council member of large Catholic Parish organization,
and is a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
